I have been a student of health and fitness most of my life - dancing in my childhood and adolescent years, group exercise classes during my college and early adult life, as well as training and running ten half marathons in the last five years. My most recent endeavor is yoga. I received my RYT 200 hour certification in November 2017. Today, I have the honor of not only being a student in my personal practice, but also to share the wealth of health benefits yoga brings to mind, body, and spirit with my students.
Restorative yoga is my favorite class to teach.
