Kick off your summer right with a week of workouts with Hope, incorporating inBalance’s signature offerings of cardio, strength training, toning and stretching as well as Q&A’s, food delivery, nutrition counseling, and gifts!
- Five 90-minute classes (1 each day) with Hope (8 AM each morning)**
