inBalance Barre® founder and creator, and fitness and wellness expert in San Antonio, Hope Pedraza fell in love with dance at the age of 3 and has yet to stop moving. Born and raised a Southern girl in Louisiana, Hope Cowgill Pedraza has had a passion for rhythm and movement since she could walk, and danced her way through high school and college before discovering the benefits of Pilates and the mindfulness of yoga. This strengthening and flexibility enhancing exercise appealed to her as a dancer and came as second nature.
After a decade of teaching fitness and earning certifications in fitness and Pilates, including becoming a licensed Fletcher provider, a 500 Hour BASI Comprehensive Pilates, a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, a certified Nutrition Coach through NCCPT, Hope opened inBalance, a fitness and wellness studio offering yoga, pilates, barre, dance and fitness classes in San Antonio, Texas.
Her goal with inBalance is to help others enjoy the exhilaration of Pilates and dance and the peace-of-mind that true health brings. While running her business in its start up phase with a full time job, Hope eventually “retired” from her day job as a high school teacher and dance team coach. She now devotes her time and energy to her studio, to focus on her true passion and love of health and fitness, share the concepts and techniques of Pilates and her love of movement with other people, to provide a sense of belonging and community, and to educate them on the power of purposeful movement.
Hope is best known for her high energy barre, pilates and dance cardio classes. She developed the inBalance Barre® Certification program to showcase her love and talent for teaching and developing barre and fitness classes, and to propogate a lifestyle that demonstrates a love of movement and prides itself on connecting the mind, body, and spirit for wholeness. She uses this program to motivate and inspire her clients as well as other fitness enthusiasts, to combine dance movements she loves with other methods, like yoga and Pilates, to make these modes of movement accessible to everyone, even non-dancers.
Hope is an Aerobics and Fitness Association (AFFA) and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM )Continuing Education Provider, and hosts her studio as an official BASI Teacher Training Studio.

inBalance's resident Yogi Ashley a devotee of several types of yoga but the first class she taught was an Ashtanga-based Vinyasa flow class, and this is the one she still loves to teach to students old and new. But she still explores other styles and loves blending them. Over the years Ashley feels that yoga has given more back then she could have dreamed possible - physically, emotionally and spiritually. So she trained as an instructor so as to be able to offer the same experience to students.
Ashley sequences her classes in a way that ensures all of her students' muscle groups are addressed and that their spiritual side is nourished, keeping the focus on alignment and breathing with movement. As a person becomes more open and aware on the mat, they'll be able to carry it off the mat to share with others. Yoga has the ability to create a cascade of kindness.
When she isn't doing her downward dogs or practicing her asanas, Ashley likes hanging out with her daughter, enjoying fresh salads and, of course, spreading the word of yoga. Oh, and her favourite yoga position is the Ardha Chandrasana (half moon pose).

Ronnie is originally from Vancouver, Canada and discovered dance at a young age, when a friend introduced her to hip hop. Her feet continue to tap and since her young start she's studied every type of dance she can find. During summers she continued her education in L.A, New York and London, as well as attending various conventions with the choreographers from “So You Think You Can Dance.”
Her teaching career kicked off in Vancouver, at Dance Xpressions. While there she choreographed and taught such forms of dance as hip hop, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, ballet, musical theater and music video. She has been a member of performing hip hop groups, the “Jr Felines” for the BC Lions football team and the “Cardio Core Fitness” team for the Vancouver Giants hockey team. She got to combine her two passions, travel and dance when she was given a full time dancing job on Carnival Cruise Lines (CCL). She then spent four years dancing her way around the Caribbean and even met her future husband on board. He persuaded her to come back to dry land and work in sunny San Antonio.
Her love for dance and fitness have inspired her to expand her training, recently becoming certified as a Booty Barre instructor. She is excited to join inBalance and loves sharing her passion with others. Her outgoing and approachable attitude will be sure to make every class a pleasure.
