inBalance BARRE®

inBalance's own unique, high energy barre class, inBalance Barre will forever change the way you look at your workout. It blends techniques from pilates, ballet, plyometricsand yoga, put together into an interval based class to get your heart rate up andmetabolism revved. The techniques combined in this class are designed to firm, tightenand tone muscles and re-align the body without adding bulk. Benefits includeimproved balance, posture, strength, muscle tone, body awareness and flexibility.inBalance Barre will challenge your mind and body like no other class, increasing yourresting metabolism, giving you that awesome “after burn” even after you have stoppedworking out! Our inBalance Barre classes incorporate a vast array of props includingweights, balls, bands, TRX, ankle weights and more! All fitness levels and ages arewelcome. inBalance Barre is where strong and balanced bodies are made.

inBalance Barre BURN

An amped up version of inBalance's own unique, high energy class barre class! Taking our original signature barre class that blends techniques from pilates, ballet, plyometrics and yoga, and adding it to standing work and HIIT style intervals to really get your heart rate revved and fat-burn going. This class uses props, fast-paced music and will challenge your mind and body like not other barre class out there!

*** Recommended pre-requisite of at least 5 barre classes before attending due to the intensity of the intervals.

inBalance Barre BOUNCE

A new element to inBalance's own unique, high energy barre class! This classblends our barre class, which takes techniques from pilates, ballet, plyometrics and yoga, put together in an interval based class, where you use the mini trampoline toget your heart rate up for the cardio blocks! Bouncing is great for the joints, a low impact alternative to jumping on hard surfaces and helps improve your lymphatic system by increasing blood flow. Come reap the benefits for yourself in this fun newclass!

All fitness levels and ages are welcome, but just know this class will make your heart pump and sweat flow!



All of our inBalance favorites wrapped in one 55-60 minute class! Dance, pilates, barre and's all covered in this interval based class. Our signature dance cardio class covers a variety of genres including hip hop, ballet and jazz, and combines this with serious body sculpting and strength building moves using weights, balls, bands and more. This class has got it all! We take a contemporary approach to aligning and sculpting the body through a unique sequencing of movements, built in intervals, designed to make you sweat and boost your metabolism for hours after the workout is finished. This class creates an addictive synergy of mind, body, and spirit!

inBalance Pilates

inBalance's own signature Pilates-inspired sculpting class! Set up like inBalance barre, this pilates class starts standing and flows through each exercise choreographed to music. Our low impact sculpting class tones and challenges the body and moves non-stop! No rest for the weary here!

Latin Sculpt

inBalance's own Latin dance fusion class! Our own signature Latin dance cardio class set to high-energy Latin and international beats combined with Pilates-based sculpting and toning movements to work the entire body from head to toe. We bring our contemporary approach to aligning and sculpting the body with built-in intervals (as inour inBalance Body class) into this Latin dance party, designed to make you sweat while you get lost in the music and work the mind, body and spirit!



Developed in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The suspension system is infinitely scalable, so no matter where you are on the fitness spectrum, you can get an effective total-body workout, building a strong core and increasing muscular endurance. This class will sculpt and shape your body!


Mat Pilates

Pilates is intended to preserve the inspired evolution of Body Contrology, the work of Joseph and Clara Pilates. Working through spinal articulation, core strengthening exercises, coordination of the extremities, and flexibility, this class is the perfectfoundation for all of our high intensity classes at inBalance, as well as a beautiful compliant to any of our yoga or restore classes.



Our blend of yoga classes are designed to get the breath flowing, reduce tension, create flexibility and strength, and promote focus. They are designed for mid-level yogis, and are easily adaptable to beginner yogis who have never practiced yoga before, and experienced yogis who want to be challenged. Each of our yoga classes provides a distinct experience based on what level you find yourself at each day.


All levels class! Yoga Sculpt is designed to ignite energy on the mat. This powerful vinyasa flow is complimented with free hand weight integration, plyometric endurance, core work, and isometric metabolism stimulation to build lean muscles.In this packed 1 hour class, you will tighten your entire body and challenge your mind! This class will give you a complete physical work out, and mental work in.

inBalance REPAIR and RESTORE

An inBalance original class, designed to help you relax, unwind, and tend to thosehard working muscles & joints.This class will combine gentle yoga flow, meditation, and deep stretching techniques, all set to myriad pranayama techniques (breathing) to soothe, calm or perhaps energize. This class is the perfect compliment to our high intensity inBalance workouts.

Vinyasa Flow

In this practice, students flow from one posture to another, synchronizing breathand movement. Often the class begins with sun salutations, standing poses, and balancing postures, then moves to seated forward-folds, twists, backbends and inversions. Exertion may range from mild to vigorous and emphasis will vary from class to class. Modifications and variations will be offered in a supportive way foreach person to practice comfortably.



Piloxing is a non-stop, interval fusion of pilates and boxing that will really make you push the envelope for a total body workout. This class will not only strengthen yourcore but sculpt and elongate muscles…all while giving you a real sweat!



inBalance is proud to be a continuing education studio for fitness instructors and enthusiasts as well as a BASI Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training Program host studio . Within out reacher training programs, there are many prospective fitness and Pilates instructors who are working hard to complete the requirements to become instructors. And one of those many requirements to be completed is hundreds of hours of teaching. inBalance offers apprentice classes taught by these hard working students! These classes are listed on the schedule as apprentice classes and are free as group classes and $15 for reformer classes. Come support these teachers in training as they begin their journey!

(For those with no pilates experience at all, private sessions will be necessary before starting these classes).
